4. Product Information and Availability

• We strive to display accurate descriptions, images, and prices for all Products. However, we do not guarantee that such information is error-free.

• All Product listings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per Customer, or to refuse or cancel Orders at our discretion.

5. Placing Orders

• To place an Order, add Products to your cart, proceed to checkout, and provide payment details.

• Once your Order is placed, you will receive an Order confirmation email. This email does not signify our acceptance of your Order, but rather an acknowledgement that we have received your Order.

6. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable VAT or sales tax.

• We accept payments via approved methods displayed at checkout (e.g., credit/debit cards, mobile wallet, bank transfer).

• Payment must be completed before we process and ship your Order.

7. Shipping and Delivery

• We offer shipping within Bangladesh. Delivery times vary by region and may take between 2–7 business days.

• Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.

• Lehaq is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

• You may return or exchange most unused Products within 7 days of delivery, provided they are in original packaging and in resalable condition.

• To initiate a return or exchange, contact support@lehaq.com with your Order number and reason for return.

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned Product, using the original payment method.

• Certain items (e.g., perishable goods, intimates, sale items) may be non‑returnable. Please refer to our Return Policy for details.

9. Intellectual Property

• All content on Lehaq.com, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Lehaq or its licensors and is protected by Bangladeshi and international intellectual property laws.
